UK CUSTOMERS

We really hope you will be delighted with anything you buy from Blaxton Bags, however, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, unused and in its original packaging in accordance with our 30-day returns policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You can also exchange your item for a different colour or model within 30 days, as long as the originally purchased item is unused and in its original packaging in accordance with our 30-day returns policy. The difference in product price will be refunded if a new product is cheaper or a product upgrade invoice will be issued for a dearer product.

All goods will be inspected on return. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Bespoke orders or items ordered with bespoke alterations (including personalised initials) cannot be returned unless faulty.

To complete your return please contact us via our contact page with your order number for a return authorization.

  • Pack your parcel up securely with the invoice/delivery note inside.
  • Purchase a new postage/courier service online or from the nearest Post Office.
  • Remove the original address label and stick a new return label.
  • Take your parcel into any Hermes Parcel Shop location or Post Office. Most Hermes Parcel Shop locations are open 7 days a week, with extended opening hours. Click here to find your nearest Hermes Parcel Shop location.
  • Remember to ask for a proof of return receipt.
  • Returns will be completed within 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost incurred for returning the order to us. We also cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit so we ask that you please obtain proof of postage and tracking number when returning your order to us.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, unused and in its original packaging in accordance with our 30-day returns policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you would like an exchange your product for a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Refunds will be credited via your original method of payment and proof of purchase must be supplied.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds for orders will be credited via your original method of payment and proof of purchase must be supplied. Please note Special or Next Day Delivery is non-refundable unless item arrived damaged or faulty [UK Mainland customers only].  

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
